She jokes with my husband which he loves. She's funny, super sweet and such a great waitress. We've been coming here for a few months now, after leaving another pancake place, because of the food and service here. We bring all of out out of town guests here and upon a return visit this is where they want to come. Layla makes each visit the best part of our day!“

We've dined at Salt on Mass many times and continue to be thrilled with our experience. We reserved through Open Table and were seated immediately with our on-time arrival. I love a table with a view of the room's comings and goings, so #41 was ideal, again. We were welcomed by our server Ryan, who explained he was also our bartender. (Love it - special insights on cocktails and wines.) He served us well, attentive but not too much so, and we loved his creative chocolate martini as our "appetizer." :-) We chose our dinner favorites - Chilean Sea Bass with delectable risotto for David and Salmon with expertly grilled asparagus for me. The portions remain appropriately generous, so we split the Key-Lime Chiffon Cake for dessert. Congratulations Johnny and crew for delivering another memory-making visit. “It was an utterly charming experience to see the beef and boards Christmas show. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and personable. The food was really good too but honestly, the main attraction is the performance, which single-handedly restored my Christmas spirit. There was so much energy and so much joy in the room. Learned about a couple of drinks and the rim dip stand while talking to the bartender and the manager helped us with a future reservation. Both of them represented the restaurant very well. “Always a positive experience here. Food is equivalent to steakhouses that are double the cost. Their golden beet salad is awesome, wife got Chilean sea bass, also awesome. I can't seem to get away from the filet which is as good as the downtown steak houses. Desert shots are perfect. Our favorite restaurant, hands down!“

“Had dinner with a friend on a busy Thursday night. Luckily she got there early and grabbed a table for us before the rush started. Our waitress, Courtney O was awesome! We had the spring rolls, and chicken wings both were perfectly crunchy the sauces were delicious. For dinner, my friend had the Bodhi fried rice, which was made fresh - there was steam rolling off of it the whole time we ate. I had the Stir-fried glass noodles with shrimp (medium.) The shrimp were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and the medium heat was just right for me. Overall the food was fabulous, love the atmosphere, will definitely be back.“

Each bite makes you want more of their delicious tacos. I’ve had their chicken and beef tacos matched with their green mild sauce makes it perfect.
But it’s their broccolini tacos, those I could have everyday and still want another one! If you only wanted 1 taco, order the broccolini and you won’t regret it.“

“The Fest Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding of just under 100 guests! It was WAY more affordable and flexible than any other option we looked at in Indianapolis. We were able to cater in our own food, hire a DJ of our choosing, and bring in our own decorations, which saved a ton of money and gave us a lot of creative freedom to create the wedding we wanted. There were different bar packages to go with any budget, too. We were able to choose 5 beers to have on tap, plus two wines and canned ciders. While the space is connected to the brewery, you almost wouldn't know it, as we had a private entrance and no issues with sound spilling over from the brewery side. The space has great natural lighting, great sound system and dimmable lights, and beautiful tables and chairs, which made it perfect for an indoor wedding. Our ceremony and reception were in the same space, and we were able to set up in a way that didn't require the space to be flipped in between, which just made everything easy and cozy. We worked with Kiley, and she was super helpful, communicative, and just helped us feel at ease with the whole process. The bartenders who served us were also super helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough if you are looking for an affordable and dreamy venue in Indy!“

“This place is pretty inside with fast bar service, lots of wood, and a Jesus with glowing eyes. Went to see a band and the bar contained statistically improbable number of dudes in unscuffed boots with cop mustaches. Unsure if this is the norm or if it was because of the band.

I wanted to try the vegan wings, but it was standing room only. Layout wasn't really condusive to being out of the way with your back to a wall, so watch out for that if you're neurodivergent or have the ptsd. You can still hear the band while sitting on the side of the front porch, but avoid the poison ivy.
