“We have a group of 4 who visit DQ every Friday afternoon to get ice cream. On Friday May 10 it was so cold in the dine in are that we were shivering. Suggestion: If you could regulate the temperature to make it more comfortable, we would apreciate it.“

“McDonald's has always been hit and miss historically, because their training makes it too easy for new guys to screw up and the customer not get what he or she ordered.
However, i must say that, overall, this is the best, well managed, well staffed McDonald's in the entire Kentuckiana area.“

“Tell City, Indiana.....The driver lied and said she delivered our pizza. I was driving ahead of her as I ran to the store real quick. I turned in my driveway and she drove past and she never came back. I knew it was our driver because she had the Pizza Hut sign on top of the vehicle. We waited for another 30 minutes. No pizza. So we called Pizza Hut. She lied and said she handed it to us. No she didn't. We paid $27 plus a $5 tip. She didn't deliver it to us and all Pizza Hut would do is give us a $20 credit. The driver kept the tip and the pizza. Not fair! She lied!!“
