“Fast and friendly service food was a little slow getting out to us
Parking: There's about 10 parking spots on one side and then like three on the other it's very hard to find a spot to park in especially during rush hours
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few wheelchair accessible parking spots“
“I want to sincerely thank the McDonald’s employee name Logan, who helped me last night . I was ordering food for three people, including a man I was trying to help, and I had many questions while deciding on meals. He was extremely patient, kind, and respectful, never rushed me, and took the time to help me choose what would work best.
What really stood out was his compassion. He didn’t just take an order — he treated the situation with care and understanding. Small acts of kindness like this truly make a difference, and today he helped me help others.
Please recognize him for his excellent customer service and his good heart. Employees like Logan represent the best of McDonald’s.“
“We are from New Jersey and just decided to grab a quick meal while visiting family in Terre Haute.. The service in the drive thru was fast, the cashier was super friendly, the prices were great, and the food was hot! Based on our experience, I would def recommend this location.“
“Nice clean McDonald’s restaurant. The food was served quickly. It came out fresh and as ordered. Unlike the Wabash location this one didn’t pull the fries early. Hot and fresh from a full cycle. The lobby was being cleaned and maintained while I visited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check this location out. It might be the best one in town“
“We went thru the drive thru and just ordered two drinks. A sprite and a SWEET tea. We don't know if the lady had got the wrong drink, they got the sweet and unsweet flip flopped in the containers, or they just plain forgot to add the suger. But it DEFINITELY was not SWEET tea at all. Other than that everything was just fine.“
