The Service & Food:
When I arrived, the front staff member was swamped with two large orders. Even though I waited a couple of minutes, she was incredibly pleasant and helpful the second it was my turn.
As someone who is gluten-free, I was thrilled to see a GF bun option. However, without a grill to crisp the edges, gluten-free buns get dry fast. My sandwich initially came out cold, dry, and nearly unbearable. When I mentioned that another place steams their GF buns to keep them soft, the crew didn't get defensive—several staff members jumped in to fix it immediately. They steamed the bun and made sure the meat was hot. It completely transformed the meal, and the Beef and Cheddar ended up being way better than their competitor's! They also include an Andes mints on your tray, which is a very thoughtful and welcome touch.
Area for Improvement (The Lobby & Accessibility):
The beverage and condiment station could use some maintenance and a better layout. The iced tea container wasn't on a secure base and was leaning over the edge, there was a lot of napkin dust, and the packets were understocked.
Most importantly, the current layout requires guests to reach over the iced tea dispenser just to access the condiment tray. This setup presents a barrier for ADA compliance, as reaching over a high dispenser makes it incredibly difficult or impossible for guests in wheelchairs or those with limited reach to get their items safely.
Suggestion for management:
Please consider restructuring the counter layout for better accessibility and investing in a closed utensil dispenser. Having silverware sitting out in the open leaves them vulnerable to germs, and moving things to an easy-to-reach, dedicated dispenser would be both much more sanitary and fully accessible for everyone.

“Always a good time. I don't even care about the waits at times. It's worth it. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. My only problem... they just need more parking. Lol little shop. Big amounts of products. Great job guys and gals!“
