I had a tasty salad and my wife kicked off with a soup she really liked (I can’t remember what she had). Then the main course came. I should point out that they have a butcher shop where you can Wagyu steak by the ounce, but it was $24 an ounce. Unless I could actually speak to the Wagyu cow and discuss Japanese Bovine American relations, it was just too steep for that evening. I did get the non-Wagyu filet, and it was cooked to perfection. The potatoes were good too. My bride got the Mahi Mahi, not usually a fish person, and she loved it. We will be going back. I should mention that the service was great. There is Joi Di Vie amongst the staff and it makes The Bait Shop a fun place to go.“
