“The workers are all very friendly and not a fake friendly. They engage with their customers and not in a phony customer service way. Apparently EMS gets free meals which they go out of their way to make sure you get your discount which is awesome most places have discounts for stuff like this but the workers dont know or they dont honor it without you asking and no one's gonna go out of their way to ask. But a free healthy meal on shift is a refreshing change to work. Love the atmosphere the staff uphold“

“Came to pick up over 20 orders that were individually ordered and not ordered as a group. Time was taken by the employees to help me double and triple check every single order and they made sure that absolutely everything was there. They even helped load it in my car. 5 star customer service!“
