“I have celiac disease and have been wronged by many a Jimmy John’s lettuce wrap at another locations that don’t take gluten free orders seriously. This location is always so careful with my order—changing gloves, putting down paper, moving to another spot to make my order—I appreciate it!“

“This is my go-to place when I want something quick, good, and affordable. The place is small but chill and always has a good atmosphere. The menu is good and varied. I've been there multiple times, and the staff guys are always professional and fast.“

“It's Jimmy John's so some of the sandwiches are really good. Some are average like the Cubano, which was a little bit of a disappointment (That of course has nothing to do with the team members making it. It's more that I felt the flavor didn't come out (based on the description of ingredients -I think it might be better if the cheese was melted or the sandwiches had a toasted option) my first and only time having it. But that's not on this store... I think it's the lack of toasting making the cheese more flavorful etc. But that's a minor thing.

Today, I had the totally tuna and it's always consistently good. The potato salad side for the cost is a little sparse but it's definitely not bad. Their Diet Coke fountain fizz is just right... never flat like some other places that I've been to.

Also, they do an awesome job with my Turkey Tom.

The staff does a pretty good job of keeping the place clean and they're always responsive when I wish them a good day which is nice because in some places that totally isn't the case nowadays sad but true.

I enjoy my getaway for a little while during lunch And that's due to the diligence of the staff keeping on top of the place so that it's always a pleasant environment to go to.“

“The sandwich was scrumptious, the brownie was delish. Both priced right for the portion. I also appreciate the option to choose tip amount when using credit. Not suggestions based on percentage. I just tipped a dollar , it's better than nothing.“

“I've ordered three times recently and twice my order was messed up. I don't care about forgetting a straw or mustard packets--that happens every time. But no drink or wrong drink, kind of ruins the meal while on lunch break with no alternative options. While I was perturbed, I called the first time and the manager (female this go around) gave me the option of a $5 credit or have a new drink delivered. The second time, my drink was incorrect (regular Coke vis-a-vis Diet) and mustard packs missing per usual. However, the manager quickly drove/rode out to my work to correct the issue. In doing so, he gave me a free bag of chips and two cookies to make up for the mistake. I can't be mad about that. He also seemed genuinely upset with his employees for being so careless (rightfully so--how difficult is it to read a receipt for ONE sandwich and ONE drink). Kids these days are horrible workers. Manager man came through and corrected it, though. And he waited around to make sure all was well. He saved a customer--a habitual customer, to boot. Give that man a raise. My 1 star review turned to 5 star 100% due to manager man.“

“They say they are Freaky Fast. This is true at this one. You receive your order very fast. From the second I ordered it, it did not take long. \n\nThis one does not have a lot of tables to sit. “This is my neighborhood Jimmy John's so I go here frequently. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is always prepared well, quickly. It's best to visit on foot as there's not much parking nearby, and the delivery area is small because they only delivery via bicycle.“

I wanted to use the restroom today so I went in and asked them if I could use the restroom and Liz and Cisco were there and he said no at first (jokingly) and then he let me in! “I read some of the other reviews and I don’t know what they were talking about. My food was great! My bread was fresh, they didnt skimp on my meat. The service was fast. “I scheduled an order for delivery to an appointment in the area a few days ahead, and everything was prepared and delivered right on time. The coordination was smooth, and my food arrived in great condition. The only downside was the sandwich—since it was my first time trying the horseradish sauce, I wasn’t expecting quite so much of it. The sandwich ended up a bit overwhelmed, with the bread soggy and the flavor dominated by horseradish. I still made it work, but next time I’ll skip the sauce entirely. “I was in and out fast and the quality met expectations. Typical for the Loop you're paying a huge premium to eat lunch there and unfortunately this restaurant is no different. Also typical for the Loop this restaurant closes very early (4:00 p.m.). Long story short eating lunch in the Loop SUCKS but if you have a craving for Jimmy John's this location will satisfy as well as any other.“

“This is my local Jimmy John’s and it’s had a major glow up. The old staff was honestly kind of rude. I’d say hello, they’d stare back blankly and make me feel uncomfortable. Like I was an inconvenience. However! The new staff greets everyone who walks in, they’re attentive and obviously freaky fast. They rock. Really nice to see a positive change from my local JJs.

Now to what I think is Jimmy’s greatest work…the esteemed wrap. Holy cow this thing is a 10/10. Make no substitutions, Jimmy nailed this wrap with every ingredient. I love all the seasonal wraps but this one reigns supreme and holds a dear place in my heart and soul. Perfection is often sought, imitated constantly and rarely achieved.

Dietary restrictions: You can pick your items and they also have a menu to show calories which is great if you are trying to maintain a healthy eating.

Parking: Plenty of parking and disable parking too.

Kid-friendliness: It's a food for kids on the menu and booster seats. Plenty of room for strollers too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Someone would have to open the door but it's on street level and there are tables to accommodate a wheelchair.“

“I love these sandwiches. I do, however, prefer pick up or delivery through app order because in-person they always seem rushed to take my order. I always forget to ask for some ingredients or to ask to cut my sandwich in half. The place is clean but always smells of cleaning agents mixed with fresh bread and on hot days it is freezing temperatures inside.“

While I agree that it's not perfectly clean and the team members aren't quite as friendly as other locations I have visited, I have never once had a problem with anyone being rude or the food being anything less than what I expect. My order has never been incorrect in over 50 visits, but I also don't get delivery or order in advance so I can't vouch for that aspect. I found the reviews for this location surprising as I have never had a bad experience, enough that I felt compelled to leave my own. A guy name Damen is absolutely hilarious and makes all the customers smile. The manager Mrs. Washington is welcoming and greets everyone that comes through that front door with a smile. I have witnessed many of the staffers step up to help each other and have seen the bikers (i guess they do all the deliveries). Come in and get busy stacking chips and anything else to help.
