This location used to be so fast - I’d get my order delivered in 10 min as my office is just a few blocks away. Now they’ve been using Uber to make their deliveries, and today it took over 50 minutes. Previous time took over 40 and had to call in to find out the driver canceled but they’d “get it to me somehow”. I hope they go back to their own delivery.
I live in the area, and this location is also right on my route home from work, so I stop in periodically. Every time, the sandwiches are outstanding.
What really stands out is the consistency. There’s another Jimmy John’s across the street from where I work in the suburbs, and even when I order the exact same sandwich and quarter-cut pickles, it’s not even close. This location absolutely knocks it out of the park.
