I really enjoy this jimmy johns, while it’s in a pretty hectic area I have always gotten my sandwich very quickly (even during the lunch rush) with all my correct customizations.
I order online from here a lot and the amount of times I have either missing items or incorrect ingredients on my sandwich is insane. It doesn't seem like anyone you guys hire here does their job 100%. I picked up my order just now and as I get home, open my bag up and chips are missing. Why should I have to check to make sure everything is in there when I should have the confidence that it's all accounted for by the staff? Absolute horrible service.
