Awesome staff (period!) super accommodating. Great energy. Quick sandwich making. Delicious, as always.
Food and atmosphere are great and consistent with the chain. My biggest praise is this location's service is immaculate. Taj is the man! He went out of his way to ensure that the customers had a safe place to eat without harassment. I greatly appreciated this because I was getting tired of the homeless gentleman staring through my soul from outside the window. Give my boy Taj a raise!
I've ordered three times recently and twice my order was messed up. I don't care about forgetting a straw or mustard packets--that happens every time. But no drink or wrong drink, kind of ruins the meal while on lunch break with no alternative options. While I was perturbed, I called the first time and the manager (female this go around) gave me the option of a $5 credit or have a new drink delivered.
