Jimmy John's in Crown Point

“I went to the store in Merriville on Broadway 71/13/26. The Guy acted like he didnt want to be there. Never asked me was I a member got my sandwich which was fantastic lost out on poinst. In the last 2 weeks I have been to 2 other stores and the server was fantastic. They were the store in Merrillville across from the mall and the other one around the corner from Wicker Park. Everyone has a bad day but when I asked could I go to the site and add my points he said, I cant do anything about that.“

“The cashier was phenomenal I came and picked up my food on 5/14/2025 at 1:41 p.m.. let me just say I always come and pick up Jimmy John's this young man made sure it was made fast since it wasn't ready when I got there and he even went and filled my drinks when that has never happened that young man working the register at that time he had a hat brown hair he deserves a raise Great service 10 out of 10“
