The food was good. The wait was longer than expected. Was told there was only one person on the truck. Portions could have been larger for the price asked. Overall the food was flavorful and worth the try.

Las Cubanitas Autenthic Cuban Cuisine offers good, flavorful food that is worth the try. The steak sandwich with fried yuca is amazing, big, and cooked just right, served with fried plantain chips. The ropa vieja and bistec are incredible, and the bistec reminds of grandmother's cooking. A Mani Milkshake is recommended to wash it all down. The Cubanitas Food Trock achieves a unique flavor in every dish, cooked with a lot of love. Service is great, though the wait can be longer than expected with only one person on the truck, and portions could be larger for the price.
