“I went the previous day and they messed up my order by missing an item but the lady told me to check and I was like no worries and that I trust them but little did I know they missed my 6 piece chicken nugget. Then I came back the next day and told them I was missing them I said I have the receipt but they said no worries just take them and I was super happy“
“I'm 58, and the Kiosk got on my nerves. Kept asking me to enter a code when I pressed 'Checkout'. Had to keep going back, and it would ask for the code over and over. A lady employee came out from behind the counter and told me that it actually meant a table number, which was the numbers that were supposed to be placed on the table for table service that were beside the Kiosk. Who knew? She explained it and put my frustration to rest. I used to work at McDonald's when I was a young chap. Now, I'm starting to feel I'm not "trendy" enough.“
“Everything at this McDonald's appears middle class compared to other Donald's I've been to. Here I've regularly been pulled forward away from the window even for just an order of fries. I've been to some McDonald's where it truly is in and out like how fast food was originally meant to be. Most times the food is old and lukewarm. My sandwiches tend to be rather messy just like the meme I've seen joking about how they make their sandwiches. I don't say anything about any of this because what should I expect from a fast food joint. A restaurant would be different. I guess it's just like Mama says, "You get what you pay for."“

We ordered through the McDonald's App and were greeted by the greatest DoOrDash McDelivery Driver. The food was phenomenal. Also, I did not get her name, but the woman who answered my phone call about adding jelly and steak sauce on the side was great, too. Thank you so much for an amazing experience yall.
