One Star. Went to Popeyes specifically for their famous chicken sandwich — they forgot it completely. Terrible service, zero attention to orders, and no apology. Won’t be coming back

This is the best Popeyes I have been to! Very clean inside and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately that isn't always the case at all Popeyes. Great job to this staff and management! We’ll be back!

It was a dark and scary time there for a little bit... MISS VICKI left!!! The next time she leaves (NEVER make that mistake again)... I will start going to the Merrillville location and that place is a dump!
Miss Vicki makes everything better. I know that my order is correct and my food is going to be delicious.

Popeye not only has great chicken, they have great stuff members also,are very pleasant. Katy made us feel like we had visited her at home and took very good care of us quickly, with a beautiful smile.

Never again will I visit this location 10pm no wings, I ask how long? We're not making any more. I say ok I'll take a chicken sandwich, nope no chicken sandwiches. Just close at 10 if your not going to have any food. Just a crappy attitude with your customers!

Waited 40 minutes before I could even order my food. Was told 3 times to wait a few minutes at window. Asked what the issue was and there were only 2 workers (one cashier and one cook) Multiple other customers drove around me wolith fun hand gestures and dirty looks as if I was the issue. Great food terrible management/staffing issues.

I always enjoy coming to this Popeyes in Valparaiso. Katy is absolutely AMAZING when she takes my order in the drive thru. She is always professional, polite, and friendly. She is a true Gem!

I arrived at 12:29pm, ordered and was told to “park on the side” for fresh chicken sandwiches which were going to “take 8 minutes” i proceed to drive to the FRONT on the building. Parking in front of the door. After 15 minutes …15!!!! I drive up to the drive thru and explained to the lady i had been waiting for my order and for how long…NOT ONE APOLOGY, my food had been sitting on the counter that entire time. I spent half my lunch break waiting for this order. To only find that its not so fresh now, is it?? RIDICULOUS!! Your staff needs to be specific as to where to park to wait on orders, learn to apologize for the inconvenience you bring to a paying customer when YOU MAKE THEM WAIT for that long! TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!
