Whoever was working the drive-thru today, blonde maybe late 20s, I really appreciate being told, "You're Killing me." when I ask for ketchup and honey mustard. I mean you're the one that gave me yellow mustard, so to correct you, you got an attitude. I only laughed in your face to stop myself from pulling your rude a** out that window. 👍 so you're welcome. 🙂
I’m actually disgusted, not at the food but the customer service. I’ve always been scared to come to this Wendy’s because they are nasty to me for no reason. Tonight I went with my boyfriend and I ordered a salad and asked for extra blue cheese on the side, simple right? Nah they forgot so I asked them where it was because they always charge me an extra 30 cents for it, I couldn’t even find the receipt because they didn’t give me one or even ask if I wanted one. Jada the front cashier today was so amazingly friendly and attentive to all her customers!
The food was really good and fresh also, but what makes the restaurant is the smiling friendly faces! Great job Wendy's!
