“I have never had a bad experience here. Always greeted and sat or helped within seconds of being in the door. The workers are fast, friendly, and the food is great as well. I get the pollo bandito everytime without the cheese sauce and everytime it’s right and hot. This past time a worker even offered a cup of cheese on the side AND I got extra chips! Always amazed at how well ran this place is. Easily my favorite spot in town for both the food and the people!“

“Food is always out of this world! But the service is always terrible. Wish we could have it both ways! Will always eat here! But they have a really bad habit of forgetting everything and never any napkins, an there was a time when I said no jalapeno and I'm allergic to them, they put them on there anyways! So that's that!“

“This Taco Bell reminds me of the Taco Bell back home in Illinois where my husband & I grew up which is 3 & 1/2 hours away from here. I Absolutely Love This Taco Bell here in Vincennes, IN?. I will say this tho their night crew workers definitely suck & a handful of day workers. We all have problems, but that doesn't mean you should take it out on the people whom didn't cause you problems. I hope & pray Jesus brings you peace in all your problem situations & I will continue to eat out here & anywhere my husband & I go.?
