Restaurantji's Robinson Mexican restaurant picks are here.
“Located in the clubhouse of Quail Creek Country Club, the Working Mule is a taqueria in the best tradition, serving street-style tacos for takeout or dine in. A choice of six taco varieties: carne asada, barbacoa, al pastor, tinga chicken, Baja (fish), and the Mule (arrachera steak). These are all excellent tacos. Loaded with cilantro and veg. Served with a side of charred sweet onion and green chilis for the fifth star. Favorite taco is actually the tinga chicken, prepared in a chipotle seasoning. Tortillas were fresh and hearty, didn't smell like sweaty feet grocery store tortillas. I should note that the spicy tacos (barbacoa) tend to be quite salty as well, perhaps too salty. Some lime and a little side salsa will balance that out. Working Mule also has a selection of unique specials I'm looking forward to trying. Really reasonable prices and so nice to have. Cali Amex-style joint in town.“
“We like going here but it's pretty noisey in this restaurant even when it's not too busy. Otherwise quesadillas and chimichangas we have ordered were delicious.Parking: The addition of Arby's smack in the middle of the parking lot is a real pain! Have to be very careful.driving through the lot.“
“Grant, Patty, Jonas, Caleb and Haley was the crew tonight when we went through....ABSOLUTELY fantastic service from them all!!! The drive through was packed, yet our order was still out fairly quick and it was hot/fresh!!! Figured I would leave a review for them because we overheard someone say something about the drive-thru timer...I saw the timer just barely 3 minutes....but had a daily of 2.5 minutes, all the while dealing with the switch over to kiosk in the lobby!“
“I've been going here for many years and I've never been disappointed. The food is excellent with large portions. The staff is always courteous and kind. They actually run around to provide super fast service. If you're craving Mexican food, you can't go wrong by stopping in or ordering to go.If you haven't been here yet, give it a try. Most dinner items are around $10-$15 per dish. A great proce for the great tasting and large volume of food in Erich you will receive.“
