“Last week, I dropped by and was very saddened to see that El Rancherito in Charleston had shuttered its doors forever. I had so many good timeless memories here dating back to 2005, and along the way the food and service, and margaritas, have always been superb. This location was my go-to for Mexican food in the Charleston/Mattoon/Urbana-Champaign area. Maybe someday it'll reopen so more memories can be made here.“
“Cafeteria style setup lets you select the various food items and toppings. Soft drinks are available in a standard cooler. It can get busy, but we've never stood on line for more than 7 or 8 minutes. It's one of our go-to spots for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal !“
