“Super yummy ~ As a certified foodie, this is the best Mexican food in the CU. Don’t even go anywhere else. I really enjoyed the guacamole as it was very fresh and it is evident that there is a lot of thought and preparation that goes into it! The chips are the best chips I’ve had from a Mexican restaurant! I also really enjoyed the beans and rice, a lot of places have really bland, cold, poor tasting sides but La Veya truly killed it with theirs.“

“Have tried a lot of mexican resturaunts in illinois, all of them have been letdowns until i found this place. Best mexican place ive found since moving from Washington state. Wait staff was extremely attentive, food was incredible, and the price was extremely reasonable for how much food we received.“

“Every ice cream I have had there is delicious. My favorites are avocado, queso, strawberries& cream and tamarind. My wife's favorite is the lime. Friendly atmosphere and great products. I highly recommend visiting them.“

“My fiance and I love Burrito King! We have made a routine during Farmer’s Market season to always get two breakfast burritos with pastor 🩷 The burritos are our end of the week treat that we look forward to. We really appreciate how friendly and personable everyone is. I love knowing we are supporting a local family and their hard work, the fact that their burritos are so yummy makes it even better. Breakfast Burrito with pastor for life!🔥“
