The 2 males that works in the evenings are rude and unclean. They didn't wash their hands before messing with the ice cream!! They also rude to the customers because of the way they acted we haven't been back since. Tried calling the manager and they never had time to talk
My family and I stopped by the Ben's Soft Pretzels in the Wabash Walmart on the way out of the store. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. We tried a jumbo pretzel and and pretzel dog. The pretzel was huge and very fresh - the best I have ever tasted from any pretzel chain. The pretzel dog was delicious and came with free dipping sauce. I highly recommend Ben's Soft Pretzels!

The lady behind the counter got my pretzel, took my money, dropped the sauce on the floor but still put it in the bag with my pretzel. The worst thing was she never changed gloves after handling my money and picking the sauce off the ground and then went back to cutting her pretzels never changing glives.
