“I recently went thru the drive thru in the middle of the afternoon. Received the absolute best and friendliest service from an older lady with glasses. Wish I had asked her name. She was five star service, the best I have received at an Arbys or fast food in a long time. She really cared about my order and even gave me a senior discount (I am 70) without my asking. Very helpful. Food was great and I am glad you have the ham and cheese sandwich back on the menu again. I will be back soon. Thank you.“
