Poor slow service. Manager didnt really care, although they did comp 2 meals. Over 50 min to get food. Order was incorrect when we got food. Chips were horribly salty. Overall very poor
Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. Margaritas were made wrong. The rest of the food sat so long it was dry. Manager (Melissa) asked us to leave just because we asked a couple questions and then told us we were wrong when we know we weren’t. NEVER does the white cheese queso come with sliced jalapeño, only diced, yet there were slices in it.
To-go order was not prepared until I arrived at the restaurant and then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The order was placed to-go 30+ minutes in advance so that it would be ready upon arrival, not so I could wait even longer.
