Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Think of Steak and Shake but the way it was in the past and that's what you're getting here. Great simple burgers and great ice cream.

I'm starting wonder if their order system shows any details. I know changing something on an order is rocket science, but how can you miss NO ONIONS every time I go? I don't think its a location thing, kids can't handle any curve ball.

Great food, super nice staff

Cute place. Friendly staff. The food was perfectly hot and the shoestring fries were delicious. They keep the A/C down nice and low so bring a sweater or hoodie if you get cold easily. The only negative is the music was too loud and that made it hard for people to hear them call their orders.

The person that was taking my order had a shirt caked in some sort of animal hair, made me immediately lose my appetite 🤢

The good was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was great. I really like all the pictures of Freddy around the restaurant. Definitely will be back again

Just very average americana generic 50s diner vibe. Chicken tenders were typical. Meh. SO said his burger was great, to be fair. His tots were a tad too dark. I absolutely HATE tiny narrow fries and that's they are here. I get some ppl may prefer them for the crisp factor but they have about as much flavor as the ol tater sticks. Exactly the same size and consistency. I hated them. The joint is clean enough. Well maintained and pretty enough. The bathroom is unacceptable. One toilet stall and a latch that doesn't even catch. That's simply not enough toilets for such a high traffic establishment. It should def be remodeled. I can only imagine the lines this setup must incur. The average fare was also expensive.

They seem to be giving out less and less with there portions and prices still high

So I used to have a 4 star review for this place. Well times and Freddie's has changed. My last few orders have all been messed up. The receipt shows person took my order correctly. But when I get my sandwich it is never right. So I call to let the MANAGER now, that guy got me nowhere. He proceeded to tell me I should order different. Didn't offer to make it right. Or acknowledge that the person making order is the problem. You know what don't worry about it I will go down the street to Culver's. Check your food when you get it! And don't bother telling management if they do it wrong. They will just tell you you're the reason they got it wrong. Never ever will be back to this establishment.
