The grilled cheese smash burger is phenomenal

Painfully slow service. 30 minutes in line to order, and another 30 and still haven't gotten our food. Worst place ever. Avoid if you have any time constraints

I got chocolate custard this afternoon, amazing as always! I also love to see that they have designated parking for veterans.

Love the burgers & custards are fantastic. Duane always remember that I need gluten free food. Makes me feel seen!

It’s decent however it isn’t as good as Culver’s and is more than Culver’s so I don’t find a reason in going. If they lowered their prices they would probably be a stronger competitor but since the food is still pretty good and the service is decent, I believe it’s a 4 star place.

I have been here a few times. Every time it’s very slow. I will no longer tolerate the poor service. Last time I ordered on the app and said ready in 11 min-16 min. 40 min later my food was ready. I watched a girl make my fries and then eat some out the box she put in my bag. I asked if that was mine and she said just wait over there sir. I saw my name written on the bags. They were placed on the counter. I asked if those were mine. I needed to go because my wife had a baby screaming in the car and was told we will be with you in a min sir. Ok so I waited patiently for 5 more min as I watched my food get colder and the girl helped three more customers. I approached manager as he was making ice cream and said my name is on this order is it ready? He tells the girl to check it and help me. She does and I leave. I did not get my kids chicken tenders. Drove back and had to wait 5 min more. Got the tenders went home. Food was gross by now. Tried reheating. Ate it anyway because it cost $50. Then had food poisoning all night. This place is disgusting. Never again.

This Freddy’s location stands out from the rest. It’s clean, the food is hot and fresh, and it actually looks appetizing when you open your meal. Duane, the manager, has a great crew there!

The service was great. Surprisingly, the place was packed with people. When I got my meal, everything is exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be back.

Food reminds me of Steak and Shake not really sure of the options when ordering a burger and she told me it was just like two or three things that came on it. I was unclear if there were other items that you could order or not. When I arrived there was no one at the register and I didn't know what to do and finally somebody came around the corner I think she was going to the restroom and then went back around and met me at the register the food was good enough but not something that I would go out of my way to get I did really like the fries are they because they are the thin style and very crispy which I do like

We ordered 2 hot fudge shakes. They had so much fudge (3 big scoopes full, i could see them making them) it was so rich it could not be drank. The two people we dealt with one taking orders and the one making the shakes was almost like we were bothering them. I will not be ordering ice cream there again.

Service was soooooo slow. We dined in and the line to the counter to order was out the door. 4 people behind me gave up and left before getting anywhere near to order. They seem set up to accommodate the drive through rather than dine in. The food was tasty, I especially like the smash style burgers. Ordered no onions or lettuce, got only onions and lettuce. Onion rings were good. Ordered custard for dessert and didn't get one of 2 sundaes and stood around waiting 5-10 minutes just to get the attention of a staff member to rectify. Plenty of staff in the kitchen cooking.

I love Freddy’s but this last time was not a great experience. I sat at the place for almost an hour before I got my burger and watched a lady cough all over someone’s order.

I guess a thing as a drive thru line and arriving and waiting before others means nothing. Take people out of order, this is frustrating when you arrive first noone in line then skip you after been waiting 15 mins to order to take the other line that just pulled up. How hard is it really. I'll never come back your food is not that amazing. Yes still waiting now another 15 mins after placing the order. Still waiting, still waiting......
