Took over 2 hours for my online order and 2 phone calls each hour apart to the store to FINALLY receive my order and was given a straw in my bag yet didn't receive my drink that was on my receipt. I've asked for a refund and I will not be ordering from Jimmy Johns in the future.

Jimmy John's is a popular spot near the class, with amazing food quality. Despite friendly service, the staff can be inattentive. Sometimes, orders get mixed up due to lack of communication. While the delivery takes longer than expected, the place is clean and the food is great. It may not be as good as All and Joe's from Chicago, but it's a nice spot for a meal, especially for singles due to its location.
