Wings were fresh, the people working are nice, but it always takes forever. Same thing happened the last 3 times we went.

KFC is a restaurant with a mix of reviews. Customers have praised the helpfulness and sweetness of the staff, who were noted for providing excellent service. However, other reviews mention issues with the quality of some meals, such as tasteless mashed potatoes, uncarbonated Pepsi, and old strips. The team members received positive feedback for their attentiveness and going above and beyond to fulfill customer requests. Some customers have reported dry spicy chicken sandwiches and overcooked fries at specific KFC locations. The service is always wonderful, and the staff handles any issues perfectly. The restaurant is spotless, with a very wide open floor plan for wheelchair accessibility. While some customers may not prefer chicken on the bone, the tenders, biscuits, fries, Mac N Cheese, and slaw are all great options.
