It’s a 0. not even a 1 star. I can’t believe i ordered at 6:30 pm and waited till 8:45 and still hadn’t gotten my food. I asked them if they could check where my order was and they said that my order wasn’t even showing up anymore. Keep in mind it did earlier when I asked. This is unacceptable. What do you mean my order just disappears??? This isn’t a one time thing. it happens every day. The staff don’t care. They also prioritize doordash orders...read full review
They forgot my cinnamon twist and avocado salsa packets. And everything was not made well. Need I say more? Look at the picture. Did i order a grilled cheese burrito or a grilled burrito with cheese on the side.
Food takes around an hour and is somehow below average when you do end up getting it

Taco Bell is a restaurant that serves breakfast and other meals. The staff, including the friendly young lady at the window and the manager, are professional and dedicated. Despite some long wait times caused by being short-staffed, the team works hard to serve customers efficiently. The food is consistently good, especially the tacos, which are described as "fire" and enjoyable at any time of day. The restaurant is kid-friendly and suitable for families, with many customers noting it as the best Taco Bell in the Lafayette area. Even on busy nights, the food arrives hot and fresh, and the employees remain courteous. However, some reviews mention that the staff might be overworked or burnt out, and there was an incident where a staff member voiced frustration loudly. Overall, the restaurant provides solid food and friendly service, making it a popular spot for many customers.
