Monical's Pizza of West Lafayette

Stopped here on a Tuesday at 3:27p in afternoon with 14 HS students to grab a quick dinner before heading to a school function. Took 45min to get drinks and ovrr an hr to get food. There were a handful of people that came in to get carryout and there were 4 people working. No other customers in the place.

I have been here several other times but never had anything like this before. We were late getting to our event and some kids had to eat their food on the bus because we were running late. We left there at 5:02p

I had spaghetti with meatballs. It was good. There was only one waitress. I gave 5 stars, because she did an excellent job. It's a chill atmosphere. Lots of cool things on the wall. Pics and memorabilia. I will definitely go back. I want to try the pizza!

Food is good when you can get good service. Last few times I’ve been, the service has been lacking. Dined in and taken out; both times I’ve watched people order after me and get their food before me.

The food and service are both always great. But I want the new owner, Mitch, to know that I can't come in there if he's going to show Fox News on any of his TV's. Fox News admitted in court that they lie to their viewers, essentially acknowledging that they are a propaganda outlet, not an actual news outlet. After that admission, they ended up paying $787M to settle the case rather than suffer even greater losses by pushing the case to the end. Any business that platforms an admitted propaganda station that stokes the fires of hatred in our country does not deserve my business. Switch to just showing sports and I'll bring my regular business back.

Never ever eat the Margherita Pizza here. It's FAKE Margherita! No tomato sauce just cheese and some sparingly used tomatoes chunks.

I know 4 stars often seems a lower level of satisfaction, but here is a really good pizza restaurant - the one better than most pizzerias in West Lafayette.

Usually nothing but a good experience. Ynsure what Melodies issue was at the register. If working with customers is stressful for you, please don’t. Dropping your phone, looking frazzled and stressed is not a good front of house experience. Also disgusting that she went straight from cash to working with food without washing her hands. You can see the handwashing sink they are supposed to use. Right in front of the “manager on duty”. I guess according to the same manager, you can expect microwaved breadsticks as well? Gross.
