“Ate at this location today at around 2:30pm. Sign on the door forewarned customers that due to staffing issues orders would be handled via kiosk. Didn’t stop one guy from standing at the counter and causing a scene. He was rude and verbally abusive. The two young ladies behind the counter could not have handled the situation with any more professionalism and dignity than they did. Management should be made aware of well they did. My wife and I will return here when in the area based on this experience. 👏👏“

“This review is for Burger King off Southside Lebanon, SR 32 & I 65. It's a hit-and-miss on food. It needs improvement to hold on in Lebanon, Indiana. The towns folks will not tolerate poor service. update: I've observed that the quality and accuracy of sandwiches at the Burger King located at 1523 W. South St., Lebanon, IN 46052, have declined over the past years. After speaking with several local business representatives in the Lebanon Business Park and reflecting on my own experiences, it seems the issues stem from inconsistent management practices. The sandwiches are often hastily assembled, leading to a less enjoyable dining experience. I believe that with more attention to detail and a renewed focus on customer satisfaction, this location could significantly improve.“

“I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake since they waited on you at the table. I have decided that I don't mind ordering at the kiosk and picking up the food at the counter. The new system eliminates the chance of a poor server. The food was good and the tallow fries are great. Both times I have been here recently, everything was very clean. The kiosk screens were even cleaned while we were there. Overall, it's not too much more than fast food but way better food!“

Anyways, my buddy told me the $5 appetizers were legit and I owed him lunch, loser! ? So we went. Holy freakin smokes. We got a LOOOT of food for like 40 bucks! And it was surprisingly decent! The bread sticks! ?? It was a good experience and hilarious how much food we got for so cheap.“

The 1921 Sliders were pretty good and way better than the frozen sliders that were sold in Costco!
Chicken slider was also not bad.
The fries are seasoned well but I wish they were thicker crinkle cut.
I think for the price it seems a little pricey but“

WOW WERE WE BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER OR SHOULD I SAY SYRUP! we were driving home from a long lasting movie theater experience when we were taken aback by a beautifully designed glowing sign in the distance. we both looked at each other and knew instantly what had to be done. we immediately turned into the parking lot and were welcomed by a neon red smile, we knew were in the right place…I HOPped out of my car with exhilaration. we walked to the front door and were met with the smiling face of the host. we immediately felt like we were at home, the warm and cozy environment drew us further in. after we were seated we were quickly greeted by our server. he got our drinks within thirty seconds, some might call him the flash. i wanted extra ice but was too worried to voice my opinion as i had been shut down in my previous endeavors, but it was like the flash read mind and brought me my cup of water with a 75% ice and 25% water ratio. directly after receiving our drinks, he gave us lots of knowledgeable answers to all of our tough menu questions. we eventually decided on the legendary pancake of the month, THE COOKIE BUTTER PANCAKE STACK. my associate also inquired about some hashbrowns (who am i to say no…) after finishing our order our food came out in what felt like three minutes (time goes by quick when ur having fun) we were speechless as our waiter placed a perfect stack of cookie butter pancakes in front of us. where do i even begin here. when i say perfect i mean PERFECT. when i stuck my fork in that stack i could feel my heart melt just as the butter on top of that full stack was melting. I could feel myself salivating as the deliciousness came closer towards my mouth. our waiter also brought us his own personal recommendation, a chocolate syrup side dish. he told us that this was his secret touch to the already perfect stack of pancakes. he deserves a nobel peach prize to be honest. the hashbrowns were incredible. those beautiful crispies, so golden, they made my heart drop. after all of this i was convinced i had to be sitting in the single greatest establishment in america. on top of the PERFECT FOOD AND SERVICE, the ambience and interior design was top notch. i was extremely surprised when i did research on this establishment that it did not even have a michelin star. i would recommend this restaurant til the day i die. FIVE STARS THROUGH AND THROUGH.“
