This is honestly one of the worst Chick-Fil-A franchises I have ever been to. Service is consistently EXTREMELY slow. Management seems to be inadequate. This location does not live up to the standard I have always been used to. 1/5 star.
I have had so many terrible experiences at this location but because I live in the area I keep giving them chances. No more! I’m done! I ordered tenders and fries with no salt. Get to the pick up window I’m waiting and watching everyone behind me get their food. After 2 minutes I’m asked to move up to the pick up zone sign and then cars start blowing their horns as if they can’t get around me. Chick-fil-A provides a pleasant dining experience with friendly and polite staff. The manager and team go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. While occasional errors may occur with orders, the food quality is consistently good. The drive-thru service is quick and efficient, even on busy days.
Customers enjoy the new Maple Bacon Pepper grilled chicken sandwich, which adds a lot of flavor to the juicy grilled chicken. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with a play area where children can enjoy themselves. The staff is attentive and recognizes customers' cosplay outfits, which can earn the restaurant an instant 5-star rating.
