Arived at 9 am and sign on door said closed! Opening at 930! A man came out and waved at my grandson and me ghat were spending a day together! The man said they would seat us so we went back in and the server whose name was Debra was great and i asked her what was going on and bottom line so called managers didnt show up so most just went home! Kudos to Michael: I was waiting at the hostess station for quite awhile (5 minutes by my watch), no one else was waiting. There was no hostess to be seen during that time. Several wait staff noticed that I was not being seated. A manager even walked past me to the cashier area & made no contact.
