“What an amazing find in the middle of the charming Whiting downtown! “Main Street” vibes and right as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two lovely team members, kind and helpful and when I told them it was my first time in and asked for suggestions, both were knowledgeable and able to articulate so well!I ordered the super unique pistachio protein shake…so wonderful! Great texture, unique flavor and actually massive! I was so full after and it took me a long time to finish, great from first to last drop!I also tried their protein bites and they were super tasty, really quite filling as well.In the back of the location there is a fitness studio, where they were setting up a Christmas market! I met with the owner and she is simply amazing…cares about her guests, product and vibes of the location, someone who is truly proud to be part of the community…..we need more of this throughout this wonderful country of ours!Will I be back? I was suffering from a hangover earlier that morning, and a friend suggested I order a Specialty drink called the “ Hangover “……AND IT WORKED, I started to feel better INSTANTLY.The whole staff looked fit and healthy which led me to inquire about the nutrition aspect of the shop. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the products sold, and how to lose weight!! I will be returning!“

“Really good food, I really like the chicken with turkey bacon and ranch wrap. I also purchased the banana caramel bread shake and it's also good. I honestly believe that you can't miss with food here and everything is gonna taste pretty good imo. Check them out if you're ever in the area.“

“Top Tier is a small local business that gives great service and protein shakes. You'll never enter and not be greeted with a friendly smile. Parking can be a bit scary because car just come out of nowhere at times but overall this place is the best protein bar around.“

“The açaí bowls are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately service at all locations except two have been terrible. The Hyde park location and Gold Coast location are my favorite. Cristiana at the Hyde park location was very helpful.Vegetarian options: There something delicious here for vegans“
