This charming breakfast spot has such a cozy, welcoming vibe with its exposed brick walls, rustic farm-style decor, and black-and-white photos that really give it character. The food was incredible—flavorful, fresh, and definitely worth returning for! A special shoutout to our waitress, Trisha, who was amazing—on top of everything and made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for the atmosphere, service, and of course, the fantastic food. Highly recommend!“

“Great breakfast spot and they open at 6:00 am - in time for a meeting before work. Their coffee is excellent - unusual for a diner, and their service is always with a smile. The food is good and freshly made - no eggs out of a carton.“

Seating is a little close together so not very wheel chair friendly as I had to ask 2 people to please stand up and move their chair to get my dad to our table. Debbie is my fav waitress of all time because she is focused, attentive and caring. Her spirit is so pure. The owners (Tammy & Ron) are a blessing to this community. So are the staff! “I think they charge a lot of tips for the waitresses, we were 3 adults and 3 children and almost 20 dollars for the service of the waitresses and they didn't even come close to asking what else we wanted and we asked for the restaurant's WiFi and the waitress never came back we had to keep asking for that in the end they said no“

Parking: The IHOP is close to the VASA gym so there are days that it's slightly more difficult to find parking but it's usually pretty empty“
