I asked the person who made the shrimp sandwich to change gloves due to a seafood allergy and the potential of cross contamination. To my surprise, not only did he change them but all the employees changed their gloves to keep him safe. I never like to have special requests but I was so thankful for their kindness and compassion. “I'm a delivery driver and picked up an order for a local mental health center. The service was kind, fast and friendly.. The restaurant and the floor was clean. I'm only do deliveries, so I can't comment on the food, except Chic-fula does an very good job, assuring a quality entree with a safely seal. This sticker tells them the product wasn't tampered with and factory direct.
