The quality and presentation of the food was EXCELLENT. Flavorful, great selection, and a beautiful (clean) atmosphere. Abilene is very lucky to have this level of Asian cuisine... highly recommend!
Just had dinner there . We had sashimi, California roll and a red curry Thai dish . Absolutely delicious and great service- GO !!!
It's been so amazing to have additional options here in Abilene. We've tried quite a bit of the menu and everything has been phenomenal! We eat sushi often and this is easily the freshest I've found within 30 miles. Mongolian and Szechuan options?! Real Ramen? We primarily order pick up but it's always ready on time and the staff is always kind 💜

Fuji Asian Kitchen offers phenomenal and delicious food with a nice variety of dishes, including Chinese, Thai, hibachi, sushi, and Korean. The food is excellent and not greasy. Service is friendly, helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. They have a plethora of options, including drinks and specific meals like the KC Strip & scallops, which are cooked perfectly. The restaurant is amazing and is a place you must try.
