Munson Taphouse offers a varied menu with both hits and misses. While the fried chicken could use more seasoning and the breast was a bit dry, the breading was well-seasoned. The mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and rolls were delicious, but the coleslaw was too sweet and the ice cream had icy chunks. The dining room is well-decorated with late 19th-century furnishings. Service can be slow during busy times, but the staff remains friendly. The Reuben and pastrami dishes are particularly praised, and the kid's menu is well-received.
