“Our family usually orders carry out from Auburn Gambinos once a week. The family enjoys the selection and I love not having to come home from work and cook at least once during the workweek. We are usually happy with the food and service but, twice in this past month, they have messed up on our order. I understand people make mistakes and when the young man that took my order over the phone apologized to me personally, I told him that it wasn’t a big deal. However, as I’m sitting waiting on my missing meal, I’m thinking over the conversation I had with the other employees. When I first walked up to the counter to pickup my order, and gave the young man at the register my name, he couldn’t find my order. He asked what I had ordered. I told him and he asked if I was sure I called the right Gambinos. I told him I was sure. He went to get help, and another young man proceeded to ask the same question. I told him I was sure, that it was the same number I always call. Like I said, we order carry out from the Auburn Gambinos almost weekly, so the number is programmed into my cell phone. I used the same cell phone. I called the same programmed number. How could I have called anything different? Then they said their manager was coming up. I repeated my name and my order. The manager found my pizza, but the pasta was missing. She asked if I was sure I ordered it. Really? Like I’m going to forget one family member and take them nothing? Yes! I’m sure I ordered it. I’m starting to think some of these young people need a lesson on customer service. What happened to ‘The customer is always right?’ As I’m sitting waiting on my missing food, I’m thinking about what had just transpired and I’m starting to feel like I’m being blamed for someone else’s apparent mistake. And what’s more, they gave me my pizza while I’m sitting waiting on the rest of my order and it’s no longer as hot. So, from a frequent carry out customer: please teach the workers, managers included, some humility so I can rate 5 stars next time!“

Finally got someone on the phone at Godfather’s and when I told her I’d been waiting for almost 2 hours, she was appalled. They immediately offered to make my order again and gave me 3 different options for how to get it. Very sweet, excellent staff. Apologized repeatedly even though it wasn’t her fault. ***
I placed an online order, and it was delayed. I called to find out what was up and no one is answering at the location. I’ve been trying for over 20 min but the phone just keeps ringing through. Tried another location and the phone number is out of service. Google says they’re open and the system let them take my online order. Tried to call corporate to see if there was an online issue or something, but it’s after 5pm , & VM is full. And now I’m out $45 until the charge goes through so I can dispute it with my card company.
I’ve NEVER had this issue here before. They’re always fast and food is always great. No idea what the heck is going on but I’m really disappointed.“

“favorite place in town fr<3 they always REALLY come through on my extra toppings and today when i dropped my pizza, i ordered one to replace it and when i went to pick it up one of the girls asked for my order number, i believe to remake it :') very very sweet gesture. overall the team just seems great here and at least so far, i haven't gotten a pizza or side that isn't exactly as i expect it to be, fresh and all. i genuinely would give a higher rating if i could. burlingame pizza hut 4L“

“We have the gold fun pass so make it a point to visit often. The service at this location is always good. We particularly appreciate the service that Alanna provides. She seems to really care about the first experience and making sure you have a pleasurable time. The food is pretty good and comes out quickly. The games are on par for a Chuck e Cheese location. Although, some is the games seem to have issues or be out of order. We've been to other locations and this one is our favorite because of how well it is run and how clean they keep it. We would definitely recommend this location to others.“
