the food is ok. the workers are not friendly...at all. it's definitely unprofessionalism because they're in the customer service industry. they give you that 'don't look at me, don't talk to me' vibe. you try to smile at them and they just look away. if you ask a question, "I don't know. it's not my job." mhmm and this is when you find out or find someone who knows and can speak to me. They're not openly verbally rude but 1000% unwelcoming. I don't like going there.
This is the worst location ever, cold burgers with the wrong condiments, cold fries, drinks taste like doodoo, and management could care less, rude staff and always filthy
Absolutely rude staff. I’ve been through quite a few times with my mom and my case worker and each and every time staff was extremely utterly rude. No excuse to be this rude. I will be contacting cooperate. The teenagers at McDonalds ARE more happy and cheerful than Wendy’s workers. No excuse to treat people with such disrespect.
