The sizes here are smaller than at most other locations. This is labeled as a medium coffee but this is not a medium. The small is the size of a senior sized coffee at other locations. Not having the cups labeled in ounces is very misleading.
Stopped here at noon on Saturday. Place was busy. Had to wait for a touch screen kiosk. Then had to wait over 10 minutes to get our order. Staff at the register was surley at best, snapping at another man asking what his order status was ("technically I can look it up, what was your order"). They were, at best, delivering two orders a minute up front. As many orders as they were processing, you'd think the fries would be hot ... they weren't.
