This is my favorite subway in the area around lunch time! I order to go and my order is usually early or on time. Very clean establishment and the women that work during that time make the prettiest sandwiches, never messy when you open them!
Nice clean establishment.
I am very frustrated with this store. I have ordered the same sandwich three times and I have yet to get my order as I ordered and more importantly, I am not getting the product I paid money for. As you can see I ordered a veggie sandwich. There is maybe 1/8 of a cup of shredded lettuce and maybe 4-6 pieces of spinach and a total of 4 tomatoes on a foot long sandwich, no oil and vinegar and no cucumbers. Subway is a busy restaurant, especially on weekends when local events are happening. Despite being short-staffed, the sole employee working on a Saturday night did an impressive job handling a packed house. The new tokens make it easier to choose the ingredients, and the attendant was very nice explaining and offering help if needed. Customers have found the sandwiches to be better than before, and the updated tokens help make ordering easier. However, be aware that the parking lot is small and cramped. Some customers have reported issues with online orders, suggesting that the restaurant may not be fully equipped to handle both online and walk-in traffic at the same time. Additionally, some customers have experienced unexpected tips being added to their bills. There was also an incident where an order was messed up, with ingredients interchanged and bread issues. The staff initially couldn't refund or remake the sandwiches because they were already eaten, which caused frustration. However, when returning the next day, the problem was fixed after speaking with a manager.
