“Overall, it was a good steakhouse experience, but for the price, I expected a little more. Three of us ordered the filet, and while they were all technically filets, each steak was noticeably different, so keep that in mind when ordering.
The food arrived hot and was well prepared overall. The steaks were enjoyable, but the roasted chicken was a bit underwhelming and could have used more seasoning and flavor.
That said, don't let this discourage you from giving the restaurant a try. The food was good, and we had a nice meal, I just expected a bit more consistency and value for what we paid.”

“Its smelt bad when I walked in, but my stomach was stronger than my nose at the time. #1 Guacamole at any Taco bell is trash and everyone knows it. But here it was actually tasty, you can taste the cilantro, lime juice, onions and tomatoes.. is this actually from tacobell or the employees made it fresh!! Ps, they have truck parking”

“I occasionally visit subway in Holton. The location is great because it's on highway 75, running straight through town. I last visited two days ago and have to say the service was GREAT!

I always take my orders to go and my order was made pretty quick! I noticed the recent specials on certain 6 inch subs for $3.99. This surprised me, honestly. I ordered the BLT and one other, along with a regular footlong.

I much enjoyed the subs and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly local staff!”

“The rooms are very comforting and I very much enjoyed walking around the courtyard area. The staff were attentive and helpful. I tried the catfish while I was there too and I couldn’t finish the whole thing! I had left overs into the next day and they were just as good the second time around! The casino was very fun to walk around as well, seeing all sorta of people and just taking it all in. I’m not one to gamble but it was still a very pleasant scene to be around.”

“I have frequented the Holton Dairy Queen Grill & Chill for years whenever I am in the area. The staff are well trained, courteous and professional. Many times they make recommendations or talk about the current promotions. I use the drive thru lane exclusively and I am always impressed how friendly the staff are and what a pleasant experience it is. Food is good. Competitively priced. Highly recommend!”
