Hamburger was awful tasted rancid, milk shake was not blended well and had odd texture, drink/condiment station was filthy. Staff didn't seem to care there were customers at the counter! Sad to say this continues!

My small chocolate m&m mix was delicious... Just the right combination of creamy smooth frozen yogurt and crunchy m&ms. The service was prompt and courteous. The atmosphere was a slight negative with the store being cooler than I prefer and a spill on the floor near the trash can area that when reminded of didn't seem to move anyone for correction.

Love this place. Always such a delight with the staff they are very friendly and down to have a little bit of a convo. The only complaint was from last night dinner is the shakes where more liquidity than thick, but it was 10 at night when I got it, still drank it and it was delicious. Always feel welcomed here by the staff that works at night.

Braum's never disappointed (this guy). Been in several times for ice cream and I love the staff for recommending new flavors in the freezer. Love that they have sales going on almost every time I walk in for grocery items like milk.

Underpaid, overworked staff mind you they have to work a full hour or more before they can afford a meal here. I think the source of the issues here at these restaurants is corporate issues up the chain... Where are they? They aren't here tending to their restaurants, that's for certain. I eat here every once in awhile and I am sad to say, it seems to be going down hill every time. One thing I still enjoy indulging in is the cappuccino pie, they seem to be getting that right at least.

We did not enjoy our experience at the Braum's in Derby Kansas. We ordered a double Junior cheeseburger plain & it came out to $4 (late Dec. 2023). It was not good it was underwhelming and we deliberately got just a plain item to see what a baseline could be. The service was kind enough but when we asked if they enjoyed working there & the food there, they said that they liked it because it was cheaper for them to eat there, then blankly stared at us, we filled in the blanks w/tasting our hamburger. We think that the bread could use a consistent toasting, the hamburger might be improved with a tweak of the seasoning. The atmosphere what's different, it was a grocery store / market as well and it was just sort of hodgepodge. The dining area was uncomfortable and cold.
very dirty... check your walls, windows, restrooms, tables, trash, and return air vents... it is not good for business. it could be cleaned spotless by two people in 3

i was eager to try braum's ice for the first time, opting for a "double dip" waffle cone with rocky road and vanilla bean flavors—my favorites. unfortunately, the rocky road tasted freezer-burnt and overly sweet, lacking chocolate and nut flavors. the vanilla bean had an unpleasant cheesecake-like texture and a spoiled milk taste, making me feel ill after just two bites.on a positive note, the cone was delightful, and the staff were fast and courteous.however, the hygiene in the food shop left me feeling gross—smears of ice cream, dirty grills, and sticky surfaces made it an unappetizing atmosphere. the grocery shop was slightly better but still had cleanliness issues. overall, a disappointing experience.Parking: very large parking lot spaceKid-friendliness: good place for kids, being able to choose from different flavors right in front of themWheelchair accessibility: automatic doors and ramps make for good wheelchair access.

These guys are great.....at CONSISTENTLY being bad. Its Sunday, so we couldn't go to Chick-fil-A...so we settled for this. Now I remember why we quit going here last year. Funny thing is, we always have problems at this location and never at the Andover location.Must be lack of leadership. I can imagine a fast food restaurant probably has lots of employee turnover. So the managers need to be good at training and setting expectations.
