Braums, what happened??? The food is slapped together, the workers just don't care to even be there. I keep going back, hoping things will be better. Most of the fast food restaurants in Derby are on a steady decline as they seem to be ran by teenagers. Poor quality and no customer service.
My wife just wanted coffee. We went in the evening and they said that they didn't have any made and they wouldn't make any. The rest of us got ice cream and they didn't wear gloves. The floors behind the counter were filthy.

We did not enjoy our experience at the Braum's in Derby Kansas. We ordered a double Junior cheeseburger plain & it came out to $4 (late Dec. 2023). It was not good it was underwhelming and we deliberately got just a plain item to see what a baseline could be. The service was kind enough but when we asked if they enjoyed working there & the food there, they said that they liked it because it was cheaper for them to eat there, then blankly stared at us, we filled in the blanks...read full review
