“I use to love the place at Douglas and Hydraulic but due to current situation and Sunday's service we will no longer be back. I'm sorry I loved the friendly environment and service we got but things change so it is time to move on. I recommend this place to everyone just don't make a complaint about service in person because things change after that. I found out being honest doesn't always pay off. thank you again.“

“My server Christian was so kind and attentive! I asked to be seated outside to enjoy the weather & ended up waiting a while to get my order placed. When he finally noticed I was sitting there, he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed quickly! He was very kind & the food was great!! “Absolutely amazing. The way those pancakes soaked up the syrup and tasted like cookies was outstanding! Val was excellent on staying up on our needs. Good prices for the portions we got and the French vanilla iced coffee was almost too cute to drink. Will definitely have to come back. Wish they were in Manhattan KS!“

“I went there today with my best friend and our server name was Courtney and she is the best server there. Even though it's been awhile since she's seen us especially on a Saturday she remembers us and knew our preference of having our pie first when we asked for pie. She is very friendly and very professional and is the best at customer service she deserves a raise and a bonus thank you Courtney!!“

“Updated Review: The morning manager spoke with us and verified that they do the free kids meal discount between 4-10pm every day of the week and wasn’t sure why it was incorrectly handled the night before. Situation has been rectified for us and I’ve updated my review to reflect the experience before the issue with the night manager.
Food was good, despite them being out of crepes and never receiving one of our sides. The server was friendly with the kids, and although there were quite a few dirty tables at first, the server had the dining room all cleaned up shortly into our meal.
Original Review: ONLY Reason we went was because we called 30 minutes before arrival, asked if they did the free kids meals, and was told as long as we got there before 10PM the kids meals would be free. Got there at 9, and was paying the check before 10. Manager argued with us about it when we noticed it was still on our check. We showed her we called her store, and were told they don’t do that.
Food was good, despite them being out of crepes and never receiving one of our sides, but no plans of ever returning after the way the manager handled the situation.“

“We had great food and our server Leilani M made our our day and dining experience even better she was wonderful had a positive attitude and very cheerful and quick she definitely made our ihop experience a ten out of ten will come back and hopefully we get Leilani m again !!“

“Tonite my wife and I ate at Village Inn and had the best meal and service we've received anywhere in more than a year. Our hostess was fun, our waitress was extraordinary and my skillet was perfect' My wifes meal was great and plenty of food for the both of us. Thanks for a great dining experience. We'll be back soon.“
