Love the pizzas here. I thought take and bake was just a cleaver way for the company to make and extra buck but it's really genius. I like the fresh out the oven pizza without much effort. I'd give them 5 stars but I absolutely hate how I'm basically tricked into giving a tip to the pizza makers when ordering online. I don't want to tip someone who's making me food. You ARE just trying to make an extra buck here. Pay your employees right and just raise your prices to reflect it. Don't guilt me into subsidizing your employees salary, pay them. No one tips me for finding cancer, my job just pays me, pay them!

Excellent customer service with a friendly staff! My kids love the jack-o-lantern pizza! Also the employee (I wish I could remember her name) promptly called to tell me they were out of an ingredient for another pizza I ordered and kindly substituted other ingredients for me. Very pleased with our experience!!

Good food, but some of the staff is rude. I ordered a pick up online. Went in to find out that someone stole my pizzas. They said they would make me new pizzas and I said okay. Then I suggested that the carts they place the online orders on should be placed behind the counter. Boy went off on me like I was the villan for suggesting it. He kept saying it wasn't his fault and I kept telling him that I was aware it wasn't his fault. Boy would not calm down and I told him that he needed to calm down. He walked off leaving the others to finish making the pizzas to replace the ones that were stolen. I give 1 star for the food being good. 2 stars for the other 2 staff members who showed some better professionalism.

They didn’t send out sauces that I had ordered that were $1.00 a piece. Called to get a refund and was told they can’t do a refund. Was told that I have to wait for a manager to be in on Monday and they is Saturday and I should call back. Their mess up and I have to call and make it right. They won’t do it themselves.

Pizza is always good however the staff is a total fail. Absolutely zero customer service. Extremely rude and aggressive attitudes when you've never been into the store and are not quite sure how it works. Like directing me to the to go fridge when I walked in asking about my order.
Welcomed with happy smiles. Order was waiting on us to pick up. They threw in a tub of scrumptious cookie dough to boot! Thank you!!

We normally love their pizza but tonight our garlic chicken was so salty we couldn’t eat it. Normally I wouldn’t complain but it was almost $40 for two pizzas! So disappointing.
