Excellent customer service with a friendly staff! My kids love the jack-o-lantern pizza! Also the employee (I wish I could remember her name) promptly called to tell me they were out of an ingredient for another pizza I ordered and kindly substituted other ingredients for me. Very pleased with our experience!!

I'm a bit biased as I used to work for Papa Murphy's for many years in 3 different cities, but the entire reason I got a job there was because I loved their pizza! With that said, being a previous employee at different locations over years has made me really able to notice when the dough isn't made exactly right or the dough was left out of the freezer too long, or whatever the issue, I can tell.
