“I placed a mobile order this morning and when I got back I realized there was an issue with my order (not going to get into it, things happen). I called the store and let them know of the issue and they were very kind and helpful and remade my order fresh for me. Mistakes happen, but knowing how to professionally handle those situations and treating your customers with kindness and respect is always appreciated.
