Chicken street tacos were tasty, the refried beans and rice had excellent flavor. My husband had the barria tacos and would order them again next time we're in town visiting family. The owner was attentive and eager to help, we enjoyed the hospitality, oh and the jicama tea was not too sweet and refilled as soon as he saw the glass empty.
The salsa was more like a sauce(liquid-like) which was unexpected, but the flavor was amazing! The food was very good, flavors were well balanced just needed a touch more salt. (Which could just be a preference thing) Service was good, atmosphere was also nice.
My wife and I stopped by on a side trip through Dodge City. We were tired of burgers and fast food. We stopped in here and we're greeted instantly with a smile and a welcoming handshake. We had the beef fajita and beef burrito and a salad each. We ate our food were both filled up, happy and even had enough for tonight. Been on the road for 11 days and that bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola went down so well. Our server was very friendly and we engaged in a long pleasant conversation....read full review
