“We had Chris Cakes out to do a graduation brunch. It was wonderful! The set up was quick and easy. Everyone enjoyed the food. Our pancake flipper was entertaining and clean up was a snap! This is the second time we have used them for a graduation brunch. They did not disappoint!“

“We had a Christmas party for 22 people in December 2025. We opted for the first time to let Moose smoke the Turkey for us. That was a wise decision. The turkey was the most flavorful we've ever had. We did not have to worry about whether the turkey was done or about having guests waiting on us. Moose saved us a huge amount of time. Everyone enjoyed the meal. We also learned that if you smoke a 22 lb turkey, it only weighs about 15 lbs after smoking. In the future, we would choose 22 lbs and another 15 lbs for that many guests.“
