Michael, the cashier that helped us out was such an Angel on Earth! Not only did he greet us as we where red through the doors but also chatted with us and heard us yap about the crazy morning we’ve had on the road. From a burst tire, to getting stuck on the highway, to awaiting pending refunds from hotels; Michael made sure we were heard, fed, and treated well though out the entirety of our meal. We were unaware A&W was an establishment, as silly Californians, we thought that was just a root beer! Haha
Thank you, Michael for a stellar and memorable first experience at A&W! Someone get this young man a raise!

At 4 in the afternoon, I placed my order including upsizing my drink. Which the guy taking my order knew that I wanted unsweetened tea. Minutes after I got it another gentleman took it away and dumped it. Apparently, they don't serve iced tea after 4. It's the only thing they have that I drink. So, unless it's for lunch, I won't be back.

The A&W root beer was phenomenal. That is actually the only reason I gave 2 stars. The shrimp was very much over cooked (brown, not golden brown), the bacon cheeseburger was more bland than Sonic and several of the onion rings still had the outer skin on them. I will not return.

The food is always fresh and hot. The downside is that it takes a little longer than other fast food places so make sure you give yourself extra time.
Kid-friendliness: Several kids meals to choose from.
First time at A&W! This is the cleanest restaurant I have seen in a WHILE. The dining room, bathrooms and behind the counter were all very clean . The food was pretty good, and came out very fast!

We went through the drive through after driving all day. The service was fast for getting fresh cooked food. The chicken was great and this surprised us since we hadn't been here before. We will most certainly return as we pass through.
