food was undercooked or cold the hamburger was raw fries were ice cold. carhop was rude saying she had to get inside and couldn't bring me anything I asked for and i watched her go inside and set down and start talking to other employees. I have been to many sonics never had any problems and they looked like bums that rolled out of bed and threw on whatever and came to work. Joplin isn't that far I will spend my money there where they care about the customers.
Last night I had the best bacon egg and cheese toaster from any Sonic ever! And it was not their morning shift, it was their night shift!! I went back and got another one!! I won't go anywhere else for now and I am going back tonight for another one!
I wish I could still give stars in ratings this place I order from at least once maybe even twice a week hardly ever is my order correct on top of that they have little smartass that runs the microphone to take your order is complete prick and my other half when she comes up here she has the same problem as far as order and customer service! I wouldn't recommend this Sonic at all but the people of Galena really only have two choices to order from Sonic or Braum's then again Brahms...read full review
